Thanos wasn't at all wrong, intelligent beings or humanoid alike beings lacks predators, therefore, there isn't any sort of autoregulation, the only thing we do, is procreating, consume resources to its maximum extent on a certain area till there is nothing left and then we move to another area and repeat the same process while the quantity of the population increases, those rising the prices and misery.
There is another organism which repeats the same patterns and it's a virus.
However, one of the few things which define us as humans, is the moral something Thanos lacks to some degree and we can't let it go, despite he's technically right.
