Pre TS Luffy vs Current Zoro

Zoro wins. He will absolutely rip Luffy to shreds, before TS he was just a little behind Luffy so you can only imagine how much he's grown with his training with Mihawk.

Pre TS Luffy vs Current Sanji

Sanji's victory. It may take him a little longer for him to beat Luffy but with his Air Walk and Haki, he will easily be able to beat Luffy.

Pre TS Luffy vs Current Robin

I can imagine this battle dragging on for a bit but Robin will come out on top. After time skip, her skills with her Devil Fruit have really improved, in Volume 62, Chapter 605, we see a sneak peak of her improvement with the Devil Fruit. Robin will come out on top but will have to work harder than both Sanji and Zoro.

Pre TS Luffy vs Current Franky

Franky has really upgraded. His body is now full of all sorts of canons, hammers and... hairstyle changers? Anyways, Franky will win this fight. It will be easier for him than for Robin.

Pre TS Luffy vs Current Brook

This is a hard one. I can see this battle being one sided at first, Luffy having the upper hand but as the fight goes on, the tables will slowly turn in Brook's favor. Brook, after time skip, has developed the ability to use his ice blade "Soul Solid." I believe this sword and it's abilities will grant Brook a victory. Though it will be difficult for him.

Pre TS Luffy vs Current Chopper

I cannot see Chopper wining this. Sure he'll be able to hold off Luffy for quite some time but Luffy will still win with his Gear Second and Third. Chopper hasn't really gained anything AF but his ability to control Monster mode for a few minutes. I believe this Monster control will grant him a chance against Luffy but other than that, Luffy will end up coming out on top.

Pre TS Luffy vs Current Usopp

It's gonna be a very difficult and long battle for the sniper, but Usopp will BARELY slip into victory. Before TS, he managed to fight Luffy quite well on equal terms so after time skip, he'll be able to win with his new plant moves and hopefully some tricks and deceptions to deceive and trick Luffy. Usopp will win but will come out with bruises and maybe a broken bone or two.

Pre TS Luffy vs Current Nami

Luffy will win this one. Nami's weather abilities are great and all and she can maybe put up a fight, but I see her as more of a supporting character rather than a solo fighter. Her abilities are great in team fights but in a serious one on one with Luffy, they won't be enough to help her. Luffy will win.

Pre Time Skip Luffy is Shichibukai level IMO. Around the level of Crocodile or at least more powerful than Moriah. So with that said:

Pre Time Skip Luffy vs. Current Zoro

Zoro wins with low to mid difficulty.

Pre Time Skip Luffy vs. Current Sanji

Sanji wins with around high difficulty at most.

Pre Time Skip Luffy vs. Current Robin

It can go either way.

Pre Time Skip Luffy vs. Current Franky

Luffy wins with around high difficulty. Maybe high to extremely high difficulty.

Pre Time Skip Luffy vs. Current Brook

Luffy wins with around high difficulty. Maybe high to extremely high difficulty.

Pre Time Skip Luffy vs. Current Chopper

It can go either way.

Pre Time Skip Luffy vs. Current Usopp

Luffy wins with around mid difficulty.

Pre Time Skip Luffy vs. Current Nami

Luffy wins with around mid difficulty.

Kaidou is confirmed strongest current Pirate, stronger then Shanks, stronger then Mihawk, stronger then Blackbeard (This will probably change by EoS tho).

Kaidou seems to be top tier in most categories. In terms of physical strength he's arguably only behind characters like Roger, Whitebeard, and Big Mam. In terms of defense he seems to be better than any with the possible exceptions of Roger and Whitebeard. He almost certainly has top tier Haki as well and based on his hype and title he likely has some of the most powerful Devil Fruit abilities in the series. Outside of the Gorosei and Kong the only characters I can see being notably more powerful than Kaidou are Dragon, Shanks, Roger, Whitebeard, and Prime Garp. At least, out of characters we've seen. Some characters will surpass him later on in the series.

Either way, not to start an argument over it yet, I find it hard to believe that the Yonkou aren’t notably more powerful than the Admirals. One aspect that I think is consistent with characters like the Yonkou and Prime Garp is that they seem to have physical strength, defense, and Haki superior to almost any Admiral we’ve seen- if not any Admiral we’ve seen. For instance- it’s almost certain that Whitebeard, Garp, Kaidou, and Big Mam are physically stronger and have better defense than any Admiral we’ve seen by a notable if not significant amount. It’s almost certain that Dragon, Shanks, Roger, Whitebeard, and Garp have notably if not significantly better Haki than any Admiral we’ve seen. The Admirals are all around great fighters, but for the most part there isn’t really anything that seems to separate them from other greatly versatile fighters like Doflamingo. What separates Dragon from other characters will almost certainly be his Haki and combat ability. He should have the best Haki in the series or at least second only to characters like Roger. Shanks too has shown insane Haki, when Jozu groans in Shanks’ relaxed presence. Shanks and Whitebeard also split the sky, showing insane Haki. What separates Whitebeard from other greatly versatile fighters is that, aside from his Haki, his physical strength and defense are insane and he has what are arguably the most powerful Devil Fruit abilities maybe outside of Blackbeard’s. What separates Kaidou from other greatly versatile fighters is his physical strength and defense, both of which are arguably the best in the series. What separates Big Mam from other greatly versatile fighters is her physical strength and likely defense, which like Kaidou are arguably the best in the series. What separates Prime Garp from other greatly versatile fighters is his physical strength that can destroy mountains (whether it’s in one training session or over time it’s still notably better than almost any character has shown) and his insane Haki.

I would like to see what people think about power levels once more.

Rank the characters that you see on Pirate King, Yonko and Admiral level.

(You are free to add some ranks between if you think it's necessary, I excluded rank like Fleet Admiral since I believe it hold same strength as Yonko and First Mate of Yonko crew holds same power as Admiral IMO)

Gol D. Roger
Shiki
Edward Newgate
Marshall D. Teach
Kaido
Big Mam
Shanks
Akainu
Aokiji
Kizaru
Fujitorra
Silver Rayleigh
Sengoku
Marco
Monkey D. Garp
Dragon

Those are the big guns in the series, I am not quite sure just how strong the Gorosei are, if they can even fight to begin with. We only assume they can because of that one guy with the sword. Its hard to put an order with them but I would guess it goes something like:

1) Gol D. Roger
2) Edward Newgate (Prime)
3) Monkey D. Garp (Prime)
4) Shiki The Golden Lion

---------Small but notable gap-------

5) Kaido The Beast
6) Akainu
7) Aokiji
8) Dragon
9) Shanks (2-Arms)
10) Sengoku (Prime)

---------Small but notable gap--------

11) Marshall D. Teach
12) Silver Rayleigh (Prime)
13) Dracule Mihawk
14) Big Mam
15) Kizaru
16) Marco
17) Fujitorra

----------Small gap---------

17) Sabo
18) Donquixote Doflamingo
19) Monkey D. Luffy
20) Diamond Jozu

Characters I expect to grow stronger out of these are:

Akainu
Marshall D. Teach
Fujitorra
Sabo
Monkey D. Luffy

The only characters I took a complete wild guess with no info whatsoever are Dragon and Big Mam, so he can be higher or lower in ranking. He has a huge powerful army but he never struck me as a complete powerhouse, though I do expect him to still be insanely powerful. I would also like to point out that unless it specifically says that there is a gap, the gap between numbers is anywhere from very slight to almost completely nonexistent.

^^ damn that's a really good ranking. Though some minor personal adjustments

1. Monkey Garp is too high. I know that he was the antithesis to Roger and always chased him, but that doesnt put him on his level, anymore than it would put Smoker on Luffy's level by default. Monkey in his Prime IMO is where Akainu is. Someone with worthy stregth of Fleet Admiral, even though he never took the position.

2. Donquixote too low. He needs to be right there with Marco/Fujitora/Mihawk

3. Pascifista's are missing from this list, I think they should be around the lower end of the scale.

Pirate King Level:

Gol D. Roger and Edward Newgate
Shiki
Monkey D. Garp (prime)
Sengoku (prime)
Edward Newgate (old)
Monkey D. Dragon

Yonko Level/Fleet Admiral Level:

Shanks / Dracule Mihawk / Silvers Rayleight (prime)
Monkey D. Garp (old)
Sakazuki
Kuzan
Kaido
Charlotte Linlin
Marshall D. Teach
Sengoku (old)

Admiral Level/First Mate of Yonko crew Level:

Marco
Borsalino
Don Chinjao (prime)
Silvers Rayleight (old)
Issho
Sabo
Donquioxote Doflamingo

Kong should be somewhere there by not exactly sure where.

Portgas D. Ace - as was already said in the manga, in prime Ace would be PK level
Monkey D. Luffy - PK level by EoS
Shillew - no much information about him, by assume he is Admiral level PTS
Trafalgar D. Water Law - if he survives by EoS Yonko level at least
Eustass Kid - same as Law
Roronoa Zoro - Yonko level by EoS
Sanji - Admiral level by EoS.
X Drake - Only one of the Supernovas who was capable of fighting Pacifista alone, not sure which level he could be but I think he deserve to be by EoS.
Marshall D. Teach - PK level by end of the series
Marco - I could see him being Yonko level by EoS
Sabo - if he survives long enough I think he will go up.

And there are Unknown Shichibukai (stated in the film by Oda that was capable of cutting Admiral's arm) and Unknown Admiral who should be in the list when we see them.

Thanks,

I found that they where portrayed as near equals. And unlike Smoker, Garp was actually able to pressure Roger into corners occasionally.

2. Donquixote too low. He needs to be right there with Marco/Fujitora/Mihawk

I have to disagree here as well. He has great durability/endurance and versatility but he lacks Admiral level firepower, as far as firepower goes, I wouldn't say he is any higher then Zoro which is still really good, just not enough to put him on par with Admirals.

3. Pascifista's are missing from this list, I think they should be around the lower end of the scale.

Individually or as an army? Individually they are trash compared to most Post-TS characters, as an army its kind of unfair since this is a list based on individual strength.
